HCG Diet Plan: Right food to eat

HCG diet plan is not the regime more difficult to participate in. You can have variety in the HCG diet menus, although the actual amount of calories you eat is usually very low.

However, you can not eat what you want to take a number and a low calorie diet effective automatically.

Although it may be effective in terms of being able to help you lose weight, certainly would not be a diet that was good for your health. As such, a guide to acceptable - in its diversity - the food will be provided to participants in food.

Be sure to avoid eating foods that are not proposed as part of food or you may end up with unhappy results.

This protocol follows a special scheme of 500 calories a day diet. Most plans would slow the metabolism or metabolize the muscles to compensate for the calories to maintain.
